HVAC Leads That You Can Answer

An HVAC lead is a person with a hot house or a cold house. Speed matters more than a clever form. The companies that win are the ones that pick up, show up, and do not quote a number they have not earned yet.

Where the leads come from

The Google listing and the website, which HVAC SEO covers. Past customers on a maintenance list you actually call before the season. Referrals from the plumber or electrician you already trade work with. Paid lead marketplaces, which sell the same homeowner to several companies, so the price per job is higher than the price per lead.

If you use a marketplace, ask how many contractors receive the lead. If they will not say, assume it is several.

What to do when the phone rings

Take the name, the address, the symptom, and a time you can visit. Do not give a repair price on the phone. You have not seen the equipment. A free visit, with a one-hour window, is a promise you can keep. A tune-up price you have not defined is a promise you will argue about.

On Fasite's $229 AI Front Office plan, the receptionist does exactly that limit: it books a free visit on its own number and never quotes a price. It does not transfer the call to your cell. The Website plan is $129 a month and does not include the receptionist.

After the visit

Send the price in writing. On the $229 plan, an estimate can offer this-or-that options and the customer approves by typing their name. You see when they open it. The invoice waits in Ready to bill after the job is finished. You send it. It is not created automatically, and the customer cannot pay it by card on the link.

Where Fasite fits, and where it does not

The Website plan is $129 a month. A person builds the site from a short form, you preview it before it goes live, and form leads land in one inbox. Change requests are unlimited and the team makes them.

The AI Front Office plan is $229 a month. It includes that website plus a new phone number answered day and night. The receptionist books a free visit and never quotes a price. 500 minutes a month are included, then it pauses with no overage charge. The same plan includes estimates a customer approves by typing their name, a dispatch board, recurring jobs, a private phone link for each crew member, and invoices that wait in Ready to bill until you send them. A first subscription includes 30 days free. There is no contract.

Fasite does not transfer calls, does not move your existing number onto its line, and does not text customers. Notices go by email. Customers cannot pay the invoice by card on the link. There is no QuickBooks or Xero sync, no GPS, and no native app.
