What it does

Every job and every crew, on one board.

  • A dispatch board

    One column per person, one per crew and one for jobs nobody is on yet. Drag across to assign, up and down to change the time.

  • Day, week and month

    Today's list, the week, and the whole month colour-coded by who is doing it. When it rains, drag a job to another day.

  • Repeat work that books itself

    Weekly, every two weeks, monthly, yearly or your own schedule, on one person or a whole crew. It keeps booking about 60 days ahead.

  • A phone link per person

    Their next two weeks: addresses that open in maps, gate codes, your notes. They tap On my way, Start and Finished, and add photos.

  • Everyone hears about changes

    Move a job or change who is on it, and each person on it gets an email, for work in the next two weeks. The customer is emailed when their day or time changes.

  • Nothing falls through

    Approved work with no day, overdue jobs, jobs nobody is on and jobs left half-finished each have their own list.

Questions

Straight answers.

  1. No. Each person gets a private link that opens in their phone's browser and updates every minute. It needs a phone signal to load and to send taps. If a phone is lost, turn the link off and make a new one.

  2. No. Prices are removed before anything reaches the crew's link or a crew login, not just hidden on the screen.

  3. No. The address on each job opens in the phone's own maps app, and the board shows who is on what and when.

  4. Yes, by email, when they have an email address on file. A booked or moved job is emailed under your business name, a reminder goes out at 5 PM the evening before, and On my way tells the customer too.

  5. No. Fasite is one price per business with no charge per person.
