Housecall Pro Pricing

Housecall Pro does not print a full price list on the open web. On their pricing page, checked 20 August 2026, the public figure is From $59/mo. The page then asks your industry, team size, and goals before it recommends a plan.

This article will not fill in the missing tiers. Names and dollar amounts that only appear after that questionnaire are not something a third party should publish as fact.

What you can compare without the questionnaire

You can compare the shape of the product. Housecall Pro is field service software for home service companies: scheduling, invoicing, and card payments are the core. Their site says 200,000+ pros use it. That is their claim, on their site.

Jobber publishes more of its menu. On Jobber's pricing page, checked 20 August 2026, Core is $49 a month for one user, extra users are $29 a month, Connect is $139 a month, and Grow is $199 a month. See Jobber pricing and Jobber vs Housecall Pro.

ServiceTitan does not publish a dollar price. Their pricing page, checked the same day, is a request-a-quote flow described as per-technician pricing.

Fasite, if the gap is the website or the missed call

The Website plan is $129 a month for a site a person builds and a lead inbox. The AI Front Office plan is $229 a month. The receptionist answers a new number, books a free visit, and never quotes a price. It does not take a card on the invoice link, which is a real reason to keep Housecall Pro if card payments are how you get paid.

Where Fasite fits, and where it does not

The Website plan is $129 a month. A person builds the site from a short form, you preview it before it goes live, and form leads land in one inbox. Change requests are unlimited and the team makes them.

The AI Front Office plan is $229 a month. It includes that website plus a new phone number answered day and night. The receptionist books a free visit and never quotes a price. 500 minutes a month are included, then it pauses with no overage charge. The same plan includes estimates a customer approves by typing their name, a dispatch board, recurring jobs, a private phone link for each crew member, and invoices that wait in Ready to bill until you send them. A first subscription includes 30 days free. There is no contract.

Fasite does not transfer calls, does not move your existing number onto its line, and does not text customers. Notices go by email. Customers cannot pay the invoice by card on the link. There is no QuickBooks or Xero sync, no GPS, and no native app.
